Princes Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.
Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
